Yes! The free plan includes 25 active tasks and 5 categories, which is enough for most users. You only need Pro if you want unlimited tasks, cloud sync, or priority support.

Absolutely. Your tasks are stored locally in your browser. The extension works completely offline. Cloud sync (Pro feature) only activates when you're online.

By default, your data stays in your browser using Chrome's local storage. If you're a Pro user with cloud sync enabled, data is encrypted and stored securely on our servers.

Pro includes unlimited tasks, unlimited categories, cloud sync across devices, auto status detection (tasks show 'In Progress' when you have the tab open), and priority email support.

Yes! You can export your tasks as JSON from the extension settings. This works on both Free and Pro plans.

Yes! TabToTask works on both Chrome and Firefox. The Firefox version has all the same features.
